**Job Summary**
This role will support the business owner by managing a range of personal and business administrative duties. It will start as a part-time position while shadowing our current assistant until September and then transition to full-time. Responsibilities include handling insurance claims, data entry and submitting forms, summarizing receipts, coordinating with financial institutions, managing her household administrative duties, making phone calls, arranging schedules, being physically present at appointments on behalf as needed, and managing other daily administrative tasks

**Duties**
- The key goal is to overlook the owner's calendar daily and free up her time as much as you can by delegating appropriately.
- Assist with personal and business administrative tasks.
- Summarize receipts and prepare submissions for insurance claims and follow up.
- Manage communication, handle personal information documents and coordinate with various institutions.
- Intensive market research in various sectors, summarize and schedule meetings as needed.
- Make phone calls and attend appointments on behalf as needed.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Korean or Mandarin) is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
