**Position Overview**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Full Cycle Bookkeeper** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building and maintaining robust financial systems. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of accounting operations and supporting strategic financial planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting System Setup**
- Establish and configure accounting systems for new or existing entities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and aging reports

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory levels, costs, and valuation
- Coordinate with operations for accurate reporting and forecasting

**Job Costing & Budgeting**
- Allocate costs to specific projects/jobs and monitor profitability
- Develop and maintain departmental and project budgets

**Financial Forecasting & Analysis**
- Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Analyze financial data to support strategic planning

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support tax filings and liaise with external accountants/auditors

**Business Advisory**
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with leadership on operational and investment decisions

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with inventory systems and job costing tools
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
