**Wilco Contractors Southwest Inc.** is hiring several **Experienced Arborists** for this years busy projects. We are looking to bring on hard working, driven individuals to join our teams and advance their Construction careers.

**Must be certified and or have 5+ years experience**

This is a **full-time, seasonal position.**

**Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to;**
- Minimum **4-5+**years Experience in all aspects of Arborist work - **trees, shrubs, including pruning, planting trees, tree removal, hedge trimming, fertilization etc.**:

- Effective communication & leadership skills
- Industry experience, ISA Certification, or Apprenticeship & Industry Training (or any equivalent training)
- Punctual
- Must be able to prune/ climb trees if necessary.
- Working at heights and any related fall-arrest skills would be an asset including valid fall protection ticket.
- **Experience working with chippers, stump grinder, and chainsaws.**

**What we offer;**
- Competitive Hourly wages and Overtime Hours (varies depending on role/position (50-70 per week)
- $24/hr-$28hr depending on experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 65 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
