We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Oakville ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Manage talent acquisition -** Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Conduct phone and online interviews, coordinate the interview process with the hiring manager. Manage and maintain internal job sourcing reports and also utilize current ATS.
- ** Administrative duties** - Schedule interviews, draft questions, attend job fairs and other recruiting events. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment for **SALES ROLES is preferred.**:

- At least 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
- Familiarity with online job posting boards including Linkedin.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System and updating status in real-time.
- Knowledge and experience of Canadian Employment Standards legislation and provincial Human Rights Codes.
- Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative.
- Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, & Outlook.

**EDUCATION**:Bachelor’s degree preferred however, prior equivalent recruiting experience and training will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
