**Position**: Project Manager
**Salary**: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

**About Us**:
Arctech Manufacture Ltd. is a leading railing subcontracting company specializing in high-quality railing solutions for commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and oversee ongoing railing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with General Contractors (GCs), resolve on-site issues promptly, and attend early job site meetings.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion while anticipating potential delays and preparing contingency plans.
- Forecast project needs, proactively prepare required resources, and ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
- Proficiently interpret Architectural, Structural, and Landscaping drawings, identifying and communicating any issues or discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare accurate estimates and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations, conducting site inspections as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including progress reports, change orders, permits, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or subcontracting.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, and Landscaping).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing estimates and managing client invoicing.
- Knowledge of railing systems or similar construction fields is a plus.
