As a Marketing Coordinator at Canada Computers, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to coordinate campaigns, develop engaging content, manage social media activities, and support promotional efforts that strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement for both online and retail locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor customer engagement across digital platforms and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Analyze marketing and social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., influencers, agencies, printers) to support marketing deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and assets.
- Support administrative tasks such as coordinating timelines, organizing campaign assets, and tracking budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce or support visually appealing content.
- Proficiency with marketing and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Basic experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Social Media Management: 2 years (preferred)
