**About WD SWIM**
WD SWIM is one of Toronto’s leading swim schools, committed to helping children and adults of all skill levels build confidence and safety in the water. We offer high-quality swim instruction in a safe, welcoming environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and strategic **Marketing Director** to lead our marketing efforts and help expand our reach in the community.

**Your Role**
As the Marketing Director at WD SWIM, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and support our mission to make swimming accessible and enjoyable for all.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee the full marketing strategy across digital, print, and local outreach
- Lead campaigns to drive enrollment for swim programs and seasonal promotions
- Manage and grow WD SWIM’s online presence including website, SEO, and social media channels
- Build community partnerships and collaborate with local organizations to promote WD SWIM
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Supervise a small team and external vendors as needed (e.g., designers, copywriters)
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
- Coordinate marketing efforts with program and operations staff

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, recreation, or service industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Passion for community engagement, education, or wellness is a plus
- Familiarity with the Toronto market and family-oriented services is an asset
