**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Logistic & Inventory Coordinator. As part of our operations and logistics department, you ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our supply chain, including materials procurement, processing, and order fulfillment and delivery.

**Order fulfillment**
- Work with sales team to process B2C and B2B orders by using back-end system
- Pick and pack orders and prepare for shipping accordingly

**Logistics**
- Arrange transportation and schedule shipping/receiving with different carriers and freight forwarder
- Negotiate with shipping companies to obtain the best freight rate for specific shipment
- Prepare shipping documentation such as packing list, commercial invoice and shipping labels
- Improve the logistics process and troubleshoot any logístical issues that arise
- Inspect inbound/outbound shipments according to the shipping paperwork
- Handling other general shipping & receiving tasks

**Inventory Control**
- Manage and control in-house and 3rd party warehouse product inventories
- Keep logs and records of product inventories and inbound/outbound shipment
- Perform cycle count regularly and maintain the accuracy and up-to-date inventory records
- Inform PD team for any low stock items for inventory replenishment
- Report monthly inventory changes to financial department

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field;
- Experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and forecasting
- Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
