Portfolio Management & Exit Planning- With support from Partners, provide hands-on, value-add support (e.g., mentoring, capital introductions) to portfolio companies to support business building while developing multiple exit options.- Develop and maintain exit plans for each portfolio company.- With support from Partners and the Vice Preside, align junior staff to actively manage return expectations for each investment, aligning with prior BDC Capital fund mandates and return expectations where possible.- Represent BDC’s interests as a board observer or director of existing portfolio companies, actively influencing and supporting the management of portfolio companies when appropriate.- Support the Managing Partner and Partners in advising BDC Capital funds and their portfolio companies on exit planning and execution as required.- Support the Partners and the Managing Par
