**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide personalized recommendations for skincare regimens.
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of various products.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services during client consultations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to encourage retail sales.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in customer service, hospitality, and guest relations.
- Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of upselling products or services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Familiarity with skincare products and treatments is essential.
