About Us

We are a high-end **Medical Aesthetic Clinic** offering treatments such as Botox, fillers, facials, and advanced skin therapies. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a **licensed aesthetician** who can also manage **front desk responsibilities** with grace and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesAesthetician Duties:

- Perform advanced facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and skin consultations
- Assist nurse/doctor with injectable treatments and clinical setups
- Provide accurate aftercare and product recommendations
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and prep

Reception Duties:

- Welcome clients and ensure a luxurious experience
- Manage bookings, cancellations, confirmations via [JaneApp, Timely, etc.]
- Process payments, invoicing, and POS operations
- Keep reception area tidy and organized

Qualifications:

- Licensed Aesthetician (required)
- 1+ year experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology (preferred)
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using booking and CRM software
- Familiar with social media
- Fluent bilingual in English & French

Nous recherchons une **esthéticienne diplômée** capable d’assurer également les fonctions de **réception**, avec professionnalisme et un excellent sens du service.

**Responsabilités**Tâches esthétiques:

- Réaliser des soins du visage avancés, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, consultations de peau
- Assister les professionnels de santé pendant les traitements injectables
- Expliquer les soins pré/post-traitement et recommander les bons produits
- Préparer, nettoyer et désinfecter les salles de traitement

Tâches à la réception:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clientes et offrir une expérience haut de gamme
- Gérer les rendez-vous, confirmations et annulations via [JaneApp, Timely, etc.]
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, courriels et messages sur les réseaux sociaux
- Encaisser les paiements, gérer la facturation et les ventes au comptoir
- Maintenir l’espace de réception propre et bien organisé

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d’esthétique (obligatoire)
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience dans une clinique médico-esthétique (un atout)
- Présentation soignée, professionnelle et attitude chaleureuse
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps
- À l’aise avec les logiciels de prise de rendez-vous
- Familiarité avec les réseaux sociaux
- Bilingue (anglais et français)

Pay: $18.00-$38.27 per hour
