**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process print requests received in electronic or hardcopy format.
- Utilize multiple features via Workflow to view the layout and adjust margins and sizing, prior to printing as necessary.
- Customize print jobs using dedicated equipment and supplies for any specialized large format printing, folding, cutting, Cerlox binding, booklet maker, hole punching and gluing.
- Meet with clients to discuss printing needs for regular and custom print work, calculate and provide quotes for the work as well as make recommendations on alternative options for the client to meet different price points.
- Source and order materials and supplies, and work with vendors for required maintenance and equipment needs.
- Troubleshoot any mechanical and software errors and determine whether or not an issue can be solved in-house or if an external vendor is required for the work.
- Once determined, complete any necessary part changes, cleaning, resets and solve any software issues.
- Maintain print shop operations and ensure that all customer service needs are being met, all print jobs are being completed accurately and efficiently and all equipment is properly serviced and maintained.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of a 2-year diploma or degree in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a print shop or printing environment.
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, EFI Firey and Versa Works an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with coordinating with external departments and stakeholders with specific projects or tasks.
- Experience with customer service and working in a team environment.
