We are currently seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** to join our growing team. Duties will include:

- Assisting advisors in all aspects of client meeting preparations and the delivery of outstanding service to our insurance, investment and group clients
- Directly responding to client inquiries & executing client instructions
- Undertaking research relating to unique situations and/or evolving regulations
- Communicating with suppliers and other key publics
- Maintaining current and compliant client files
- Creating spreadsheets for the purposes of analysis
- Managing follow-ups

The salary for this position is highly competitive with room to grow. Benefits include health benefits including life and disability insurance, RRSP matching, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
