**Summary**

Reporting to the Moving Supervisor this position is a mid level mover in the division. This position is often the lead person on small to mid-sized jobs and as such is responsible for the junior movers with them. Vehicles driven include tandem and crane.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Trains junior staff with regards to safe and efficient moving methods and procedures.
- Often acts as lead person on job site and as such is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and upholding Wingenback image at all times.
- Leads by example with regard to professional conduct and behaviour at all times.
- Demonstrates utmost respect for equipment, customers’ goods, and fellow employees at all times.
- Uses experience and creativity to solve problems on the job site and actively seeks opportunities to learn from senior level movers.
- Sets example for all junior movers with regard to all aspects of work.
- Is able to complete common jobs with no return trips required (i.e. ATM’s surrounds, safes, etc.)
- Makes themselves available for work on short notice.
- Works safely and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Wingenback Ltd.

**Required Qualifications**
- Maintains all qualifications of junior class movers.
- Able to deliver and position the following:

- ATM’s and surrounds (General)
- Small printing (cutters, multi’s)
- Mid size safes
- Mid size furniture jobs
- Showing leadership ability.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to train junior movers.
- Holds Class 3 drivers license with air endorsement.
- Ability to maintain equipment and job box.
- Ability to plan and complete a job including timely completion of paper work.
- Ability to effectively delegate on the job.
- Generally, experience will be greater than two years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
