Server

We are seeking dedicated and experienced servers to join our team at Milestones Tsawwassen. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately to guests.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and handling payments.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Must be 18 years or older (or meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol).
