Job Overview:
We are seeking a unique individual who is looking for a supportive roommate position. This is a special opportunity to provide care and support to an individual with specific needs. If you have experience in caregiving, medication administration, and special education, and possess excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to the individual, ensuring their well-being and safety
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation
- Implement specialized educational strategies and techniques to support the individual's learning and development
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and personal growth
- Communicate effectively with the individual, their family members, and other professionals involved in their care

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Please note that this position involves living with the individual as a supportive roommate. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Licence/Certification:

- drivers license with a reliable vehicle. (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Naloxone / Narcan training (preferred)
