Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and remove insulation materials on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other surfaces for thermal and acoustic purposes.
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to precise specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job instructions.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Journeyman Insulator certification (required).
- Proven experience in industrial or commercial insulation.
- Strong understanding of insulation materials, tools, and methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of occupational safety standards (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA).
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
