Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Support human resources activities, such as onboarding and employee documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, including phone systems
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
