To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Service Sales Representative to work one-on-one with our guests. This opportunity has great earning potential Starting wage guaranteed at $60,000 with pay range of $60,000 - $100,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome all incoming guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Sell & recommend maintenance and repairs to service customers
- Create and write service orders
- Ensure work orders are written with accuracy
- Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts
- Follow up on unsold work
- Liaise with Technicians to ensure proper work flow
- Develop and create lasting guest relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure guests are contacted regarding any changes in the estimate or completion time
- Explain to all guests the cost and requirements of their service in full detail
- At time of check out explain the completed work and all the charges to the guest
- Keep up with maintaining the organization of the department by keeping the service forms, menu and pricing guides up to date

**The requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in a service advisor role is preferred
- Customer focused with strong customer service skills
- Works well under pressure
- The ability work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task
- Organized, motivated and a self-starter
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft office would be considered a asset
- Enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals
- PBS experience and knowledge would be considered an asset
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada
- Must have a valid and clean driver licence

The Service Sales Representative is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience while the client's vehicle is in service. The Representative will ensure that Kelowna Hyundai's procedures are followed and executed with excellence.
