**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including emptying garbages, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning projects.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Handle heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall cleanliness and functionality.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within set timelines.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and facility users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
