This position will assist both customers and technicians locating required parts and providing pricing. Opportunity to assist and fulfill wholesale orders is open as well. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department and customers - Completing phone orders - Provide exceptional service to, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people - Review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy before the Service Department bills invoice counter sales **Qualifications and Skills** - Previous automotive parts counter experience - Journeyman Parts Red Seal an asset - CDK experience required - Strong organization skills - Excellent phone and communication skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - automotive parts: 2 years (required) - CDK: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Journeyman Parts Red Seal (preferred)
