**Job Description**:
As the Digital Media and Paid Campaign Specialist, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of providing a personalized shopping experience tailored to each customer’s need. You will play a pivotal role in managing and executing media campaigns. You will be responsible for the analysis, performance, budget and planning of the advertising campaigns on all the different digital channels.
**How will you support the team?**
- Create, monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Identify online media buying opportunities.
- Execute and track paid search, display and paid social campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Produce reports on required data campaigns, including metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA and return on advertising expenses.
- Test, hypothesize, assess results, and continually optimize to evolve team strategy.
- Work with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to optimize the customer segmentation and personalization.
- Conduct research and produce reports with Google Analytics. Analyze the platforms to have a good understanding of the impact of key paid channels and develop a multi-touch attribution model.
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads, Bing, Criteo and other digital media platforms
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in French and in English
- Experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics - certification preferred
- Amazing organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Ability to quickly analyze data and act on it
- Be recognized for their attention to detail, innovation and analytical skills.
