Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
