Centrifuge / Solids Control Technician

Apex Oilfield Services is a privately owned company providing rental equipment, service and support to the energy industry. We are currently seeking a full-time **Centrifuge / Solids Control Technician** to work out of our Red Deer branch.
The Centrifuge / Solids Hand will be responsible for:
- The service, maintenance, and optimization of our suite of solids control equipment (pumps, tanks, centrifuges and stands)
- Rigging up solids control equipment and tank farms in the field according to Apex specifications
- Completing sit - in jobs and mud stripping jobs as required
- The ability to prioritize and work independently
- Maintaining a high standard of quality control and organization
- Adhering to all company and industry procedures and safety requirements
- Previous rig, solids control, or derrick experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability and desire to learn
