**ROLE STATEMENT**:
The Rebuild Technician will be a member of the Canada Maintenance Department responsible for complete overhauls of major components to support operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, Canadian Division the Rebuild Technician will focus on diagnosing and rebuilding components in a timely and effective manner.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Act as a safety leader and promote Calfrac Well Services Ltd. safety culture and the 12 Life Saving Rules
- Rebuild of all Tubs for operations in Canada, Russia and Mexico
- Rebuild SPM Power Ends (QWS25000LW, QWS2500SD, TWS 1600LW, FMC WQ 2700) and centrifugal pumps and coiled tubing injectors for Canadian Operations
- Diagnose and rebuild components in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and new employees
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed both accurately and on time
- Verify repairs and ensure they are completed and documented
- Ensure all maintenance inspections are completed
- Record all equipment deficiencies
- Must attend all pre job meetings and attend safety meetings when required

**KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Must have diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
- Self-motivated and have good computer and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand equipment and vehicle repair manuals
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with a high attention to detail
- Adequate tool selection required
- This position is considered to be a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional screening
- This position has bona fide physical requirements and may require additional screening (please refer to the applicable Physical Demands Profile)

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright Certification
- Apprentices may be considered
