Done-Rite Tire & Auto operates a full service repair shop with state-of-the-art equipment, carries an industry leading tire inventory, and provides exceptional customer service on every visit. We have built a strong reputation by providing honest service and selling quality tires at reasonable prices.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Employee is responsible for the daily operations of the Tire Department.
- Employee is responsible for training and overseeing the work of the Tire Technicians to ensure staff work safely and efficiently.
- Employee is responsible for ensuring that the Tire Technicians advise the Service Department of all opportunities for mechanical work. This includes items such as brake servicing and wheel alignments.
- Employee will work with the Service Manager to ensure that tire and rim inventory is properly received in the company’s ERP system, and the product is put away in the correct location.
- Employee will work with the Service Manager to ensure that tire supplies are procured and on hand.
- Employee will be actively involved in recurring tire inventory counts and involved in inventory analysis.
- Employee will manage the fulfillment of wholesale tire/rim orders. This includes ensuring the correct tires/rims are pulled, and the product is delivered to the wholesale customer within an hour or less.
- Employee will ensure the tire department is clean and organized.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Experience in passenger and light truck tire changeovers.
- TIA PLT certification is an asset.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to train and provide guidance.
- Detail oriented.
- Must have valid Driver's License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
