Part Time Assistant Manager

We are in search of a confident, knowledgeable, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our company's administrative team. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, client service and interaction with partners, and will work closely with the management team to ensure the office runs smoothly. The Assistant Manager will also help with administrative duties such as managing office supplies and employee schedules, as well as participating in sales meetings and industry events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the store manager in the attainment of objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise store managers and other staff members to ensure that the business goals are met.
- Assign and direct work for subordinates to ensure that job requirements are met.
- Ensure that store standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and marketing strategies are met.
- Work with and support a team of professionals in multiple locations.
- Provide information to store staff to enable them to perform tasks on their own.
- Coordinate daily store operations such as staffing and purchasing.
- Set an example for other staff members in terms of personal presentation.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
