Pita Pit is seeking a motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused **Store Manager** to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including team management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance
- Monitor food preparation and service to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with Pita Pit standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Open and close the store, managing cash handling and securing the premises

**Staff Management**
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- Supervise, motivate, and coach employees for peak performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary action when necessary
- Foster a positive, respectful team culture

**Customer Service**
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through friendly and efficient service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction

**Inventory & Cost Control**
- Order, receive, and manage inventory of food, supplies, and packaging
- Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget
- Minimize waste through effective inventory rotation and portion control

**Sales & Financial Management**
- Analyze sales reports and track store performance
- Set and meet sales goals and KPIs
- Manage daily cash handling and deposit procedures
- Ensure accurate POS usage and reporting

**Marketing & Community Engagement**
- Promote the store through local marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Coordinate in-store promotions and special events to increase traffic and sales

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or hospitality is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or quick-service restaurant management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive results
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
