**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and determining the best solution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Experiance working in a trade is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.

This role is Monday-Friday, the hours will fluctuate based on the season, and there is a chance of weekend or evening work. A class 5 drivers licence is required, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
