**About the role**:
The Front of House Manager role is front facing and responsible for the restaurant and bar, as well as a range of events from beer tastings to weddings to off site events. We want to ensure that our guests receive warm, friendly and professional service from the moment they walk through the door. You will use your skills to assist in developing the team members to ensure they are highly motivated and well trained to provide this.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager to ensure the restaurant and bar run effectively and efficiently
- Liaise with kitchen and dining room to provide a smooth service
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Deal with any issues which arise during shift promptly and professionally
- Passion for food and craft beverages and the desire to increase this knowledge with continuous professional development
- Help manage an incredible team of servers and bartenders
- Maximizing opportunities to sell and upsell
- Assist in training and developing the team in line with agreed company standards

**About you**:

- A talented server, shift leader, supervisor or manager who is capable of bringing your skills to a busy venue
- Relevant industry experience
- A commitment to developing a career in hospitality
- Willing to train and develop the team
- Constant strive for perfection and a keen attention to detail
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude and the ability to work with others as well as on your own

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
