**Impact of a Director of Application Services**:
As the Director of Application Services, you will design, build, and scale a global business unit from the ground up. More than a manager, you are both a visionary and a hands-on leader who creates the blueprint, wins the work, and delivers results that delight customers while driving profitability.

Your impact is measured not only in revenue and customer satisfaction but also in your ability to attract and grow a high-performing team, foster innovation, and represent the business at the executive level with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

**What to expect**:
**Build & Scale the Business**
- Establish the global Application Services business unit, including structure, offerings, and delivery model.
- Develop and execute a business plan with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals.
- Create and maintain a capability and offering roadmap to accelerate growth.
- Strengthen relationships with agency partners to fill gaps and augment resources.

**Drive Revenue & Market Impact**
- Lead value-led solution sales for both new and existing customers.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to define market offers and ensure successful launch and adoption.
- Actively engage in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal reviews to improve differentiation and win rates.

**Deliver Excellence**
- Ensure successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to ensure value realization.

**Lead & Grow a High-Performing Team**
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus. Represent the business at the executive level internally and with key customers.

- Strong consulting and delivery background, including leadership of complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
- Demonstrated success in solution-selling and closing large strategic deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional client engagement skills, with credibility at the C-suite level.
- Strong presenter to both technical and business audiences.
- Passion for building high-performance teams and driving measurable business outcomes.
