**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize daily tasks and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Maintain and organize documents and files
- Assist with personal errands and special projects as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Reliable, with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Time management: 1 year (required)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Niagara Falls, ON L2G 1R6
