**Quality Assurance Lab Technician**:
**Job Requirements**

The Lab Technician will be responsible for sample collection, testing and reporting of test results from production floor materials to customer specified quality parameters with various pieces of laboratory equipment according to ASTM defined methods. Lab technicians will also be responsible for identification and notification of non-conforming materials. Lab technicians will also conduct testing on incoming raw materials.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**

Collect, test and report quality parameters according to product specifications

Document the progress of material testing through the lab

Issue compliance reports and release material for shipping

Test concentration of coating

Preparation, testing and documentation of materials for incoming raw material inspections

Identify, tag and notify personnel of non-conforming materials

General housekeeping tasks

Other responsibilities as given by the Lab Supervisor

Education and Experience

Any experience working in a quality testing environment would be preferred
