**Who we’re looking for**

The Print Producer will work closely with the Creative team, Creative Services team, Client Services, as well as Operations. The Print Producer will effectively manage the print production process at BIMM, ensuring excellence in all areas from ideation to QA/QC.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the print production process from inception to execution, managing several programs at once (including timeline development, estimate creation, resourcing, etc)
- Collaborate fully with project teams to provide council on production process and develop innovative ideas that deliver to the brief
- Continually research new technologies providing recommendations on innovative technology and cost cutting solutions
- Liaise and manage outside sources as required and co-ordinate deliverables
- Ensure acceptable quality standards by approving all quality-control checks including design, proofs, and attending press approvals and lettershop checks

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years experience managing print production projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of the production process pertaining to print mediums (i.e. printing mechanics, Canada Post specifications)
- Knowledge of data and lettershop instructions
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as part of a team and respond quickly and appropriately to changes
- Highly developed communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Agency and/or printing house experience

**Nice to have**
- Established relationships with printing companies
- Experience communicating with clients
