**HEAR Ontario** is excited to be expanding our Hearing Clinics to the Sarnia area and are currently looking for a **Communicative Disorders Assistant** to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all clients; greeting everyone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Discuss communicative strategies with clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting client’s product concerns.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
- Assist clients in basic product maintenance and care.
- Manage documentation pertaining to client purchases and insurance claims.
- Answer phone calls, and schedule appointments using Blueprint.
- Create revenue generating opportunities by driving patient appointments and reaching out to current and potential clients.
- Respond to all inquiries.
- Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in Communicative Disorders Assistant Program is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a medical or client-oriented office is an asset.
- Prior experience with greeting clients, scheduling appointments, payment processing, and tracking of supplies/inventory in an office environment.
- Working knowledge to expert knowledge of all third-party insurance programs, is a definite asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
