We work with mining and exploration companies on their site so you will be working on-site for 2-weeks at a time then return home for two weeks before starting your next 2-week shift.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
As the Breakfast Baker you will be responsible preparing breakfast service items and baked goods. In addition, you will be responsible to do the following:

- Assisting in planning of breakfast menu items.
- Assisting in cleaning food prep areas, equipment, and utensils, while strictly adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Following FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness.
- Organizing food storage as necessary

**Qualifications**
- Previous kitchen experience is considered an asset, but not necessary.
- WHIMIS
- Food Safe Training
