HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for coordinating HR programs and processes, ensuring accurate employee data management, and providing exceptional support to employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Review and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
- Review and process all documentation related to employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities
- Coordinate and administer HR programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives
- Oversee disability management processes, including documentation and case follow-up with benefit provider
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations, and internal policies
- Handle general HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as appropriate
- Develop and maintain job descriptions to accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities
- Assist with office administration tasks such as mail, supply ordering, and meeting coordination
- Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Solid understanding of employment standards and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience considered an asset)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
