**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls as needed
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
- Uphold hospitality standards by delivering exceptional guest services at all times

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a busy environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the hotel brand effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.43 per hour
