**What we are looking for**:
BC Building Science is looking for a Building Envelope Consultant to join our successful team. The main role involves field review services for new construction.

**What we expect from you**:

- Diploma or degree in building envelope or construction technology preferred.
- Minimum one-year of building envelope experience.
- Experience with local constructions methods and materials.
- Willingness to work in-person and on-site at client locations.
- Skilled in technical writing and have excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Excellent team player.
- Creative thinker with high attention to detail.

**What you are going to do**:

- Review building envelope aspects of the construction of new buildings.
- Provide enhanced field review, and field performance testing services.
- collaborating with the energy and commissioning services team.
- communication and correspondence with related parties including Developers, Contractors, and Architects.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
