**What we are looking for**:
BC Building Science is looking for a Roofing Service Technician to join our team. The main role involves field review of new construction projects.

**What we expect from you**:

- Working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems and related Building Envelope components and assemblies.
- Skilled in technical writing and have excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Excellent team player.
- Creative thinker with high attention to detail.

**What you are going to do**:

- Conduct thorough field reviews for new construction projects.
- Monitor the quality of roofing installations to ensure they meet established standards.
- Ensure that roofs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about new roofing materials, technologies, and construction methods.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
