**DESCRIPTION**

You will support your clients from the ideation to the completion of their home decor project by offering them custom-made window treatment solutions. Your appointments are made by you.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Have a Positive “can do” attitude
- Well Organized with attention to detail
- Able to measure windows accurately
- Able to provide customer guidance
- Customer oriented with excellent communication & listening skills (must be fluent in English)
- Have an eye for design
- Very Strong initiative and self-motivated drive to succeed
- Excellent self managing skills to manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, consulting and closing the sale
- Works well independently & with a team
- Quick to learn

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- A minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
- A knowledge in window coverings (an asset)

**SCHEDULE**:
Flexible schedule - Can discuss further

**REQUIREMENTS**
**- ** Must be willing to travel in Kitchener (to provide customer quotes/measurements)
- Must have a vehicle

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Kitchener, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
