Live In - Assistant Building Superintendent
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Reporting to the Property Manager, the Live In - Assistant Building Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the general operations, and maintenance of the building responsively and professionally.
- Responsible for addressing building cleaning and maintenance needs.
- Responsible for the general upkeep of the facilities and for responding to residents’ inquiries/emergencies in a professional manner.
- Conducts regular inspections of the property and its systems to verify the safety and condition of all aspects of the interior and exterior of the building.
- Acts as the onsite coordinator for service technicians and other contractor staff carrying out work on the property.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
- **Restrictions**:_
- This condominium does not allow dogs in the building unless they are a certified service dogs.

- Two-bedroom unit which is subsidized by the condominium.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
