We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for landscaping and an appreciation for the outdoors. Our Horticulture Manager will be responsible for managing our on-site horticultural team, to supervise their daily work and determine how to improve their efficiency. The Horticulture Manager will research, select, and recommend new plants, offer guidance to landscaping teams, and ensure our facilities are attractive and safe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take care of plants.
- Write a business plan.
- Develop a strategy to attract more customers and raise revenue.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing programs.
- Generate various report on financial and operational performance of the business.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior horticulture managers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
