**Role Overview**

As a **Spa Booking Advisor**, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience. Your role is to create a **WOW** experience by providing exemplary service, ensuring seamless reservations, and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Spa Booking & Sales**
- Build well-structured itineraries that align with guest preferences
- Communicate special requests, changes, and confirmations to guests
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Make outbound calls as required to follow up on inquiries and upsell experiences
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain client records
- Identify high-potential guests and new market opportunities
- Support administrative and sales functions as needed

**Service Excellence**
- Participate in ongoing training on sales techniques, spa services, and resort offerings
- Mentor new team members through knowledge sharing and support
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and contribute to competitive analyses
- Implement new sales strategies and approaches as directed
- Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture
- Deliver exceptional service with care, empathy, and attention to detail

**Effective Communication**
- Accurately record guest details, deposits, and wellness bookings
- Coordinate group bookings, ensuring all parameters are communicated at least two weeks prior to arrival

- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or spa/wellness industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
