**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking to fill **multiple** **full-time** and **part-time** positions in the **Winnipeg** region.

Starting wage**:$19.15** hourly, with annual increases.

**Duties include the following**:

- Emphasis on assisting clients to build independence with activities of daily living, and community integration.
- Work a variety of shifts flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, variable hours per week. Day shifts are 7am-3pm, evening shifts are 3pm-11pm. **Note, weekend availability and ability to work alternating weekends is required.**:

- Perform duties in a professional manner, which respects the dignity and right to privacy and maintains client and staff health and safety.
- March of Dimes Canada provides 24-hour attendant care to its clients. Support workers work a variety of shifts (i.e., weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays) that vary between locations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- CPR/Standard First Aid training required within the first 3 months of employment
- Proven consistency in work performance, including reliability and flexibility
- Proven teamwork abilities
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- **Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is necessary**
