**Position Summary**

The Parking Business Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parking team and systems on Stampede Park while providing exceptional customer service to our guests and internal teams. This role focuses on people management, system management, safety, guest experience, operational execution and expense management.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Provide day to day leadership and supervision to the parking team.
- Responsible for delivery and fulfilment of event requirements.
- Prioritize safety and guest experience.
- Ensure departmental goals are met and balanced.
- Oversee staffing schedules.
- Parking system management, expense management, revenue reporting and operational execution.

**Qualifications**
- Class 5 drivers license and driver’s abstract - Class 2 or 4 Drivers license an asset.
- Flagging & Traffic Control Training an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience in event management software or parking software considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced diverse environment that is ever-changing, while still being able to manage the processes and the details associated with tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of best parking practices and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
- Ability to write accurate, detailed reports, incident summaries and record observations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Working Conditions**
- This position requires both stationary desk work and mobile foot/vehicle patrols.
- Continuous, repetitive arm, hand and finger movements. Reaching, bending, carrying and stair climbing. Extensive walking and standing. Exposure to dust, fumes, gases, odor, animal dander and changes in temperature. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. Adequate visual, sensory and auditory acuity is required.
