The role of the Project Manager - Finance is to plan, execute and complete all projects resulting from store transactions, while respecting budgets and deadlines. This role involves coordinating the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams from operations and head office to deliver projects as planned.
Main tasks:
- Managing global mergers and acquisitions projects: starting up projects, monitoring progress, identifying corrective actions, updating the project plan and schedule. Planning and managing the shop integration process. Risk management, stakeholder management, review of deliverables and post-mortems.
- Evaluating and implementing project management tools. Evaluate and produce follow-up reports for stakeholders and project status reports for the management committee. Identify opportunities to improve the project management process.
**Qualifications**
To join our team, you need, among other things:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and CPA (an asset);
- At least 5 years' relevant experience, including project management;
- PMP certification (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) (an asset);
- Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written, as your role will require you to work fluently with internal clients across Canada.
