**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and packaging operations.
- Coordinate transportation logistics utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Oversee procurement processes such as sourcing, pricing negotiations, and demand planning to optimize inventory levels.especially experience on choosing shipping companies like canada post, or UPS etc.
- Utilize ERP systems like AS400 for order processing, inventory control, and data analysis to identify efficiencies.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline freight movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records related to shipping & receiving, materials management, and procurement activities.
- Operate forklift equipment as needed for materials handling within the warehouse environment.
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment processes and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Utilize CMMS for maintenance scheduling of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Analyze data related to demand planning, pricing strategies, and sourcing options to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight logistics, 3PL coordination, and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely; certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and materials management.
- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking is a plus.
- Warehouse experience including order picking and packaging is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $38,681.29-$74,068.28 per year
