**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer to join our team. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial buildings. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

**Duties**:

- Install, repair, or replace various types of roofing systems on commercial buildings
- Perform inspections to identify roof damage and leaks
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete roofing projects
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while working at heights

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with hand tools used in roofing projects
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Experience in building or maintenance person work is beneficial
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing roofs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for roofing projects
- Carpentry skills are advantageous for roof construction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $32.11-$33.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
