Ready to jumpstart your career in the fast-growing solar energy sector? As an **Entry-Level Solar Panel Installer**, you’ll learn everything from installing rooftop and ground-mounted solar panels to working with battery systems, service upgrades, and even standby generators. If you’re not afraid of heights and you can lift 50+ lbs overhead, this could be an incredible opportunity to launch your future in the trades.

**What You’ll Do**
- Install and maintain solar panel systems (both residential and commercial)
- Assist experienced electricians with EV charger installs, wiring projects, and more
- Travel to job sites throughout Saskatchewan (out-of-town work is required)
- Work four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu), with optional overtime Fri-Sun
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times (especially when working at heights)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Comfortable working at heights (no fear of rooftops)
- Roofing experience is a huge plus; former roofers make great electrical apprentices
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs overhead
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude

**What We Offer**
- **Starting Wage**: $18-$22/hr, based on experience
- **Benefits**: Available after 3 months
- **Apprenticeship Track**: Opportunity to enter an electrical apprenticeship after a 3-month probation

- **Schedule**: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM-5 PM (optional OT Fri-Sun)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
